Ingredients

5 Limes

1 Kiwi fruit

Inch of Ginger

1 Cup Coconut Water Kefir

1/2 Cup filtered water

1 TBS Raw Honey

1 tsp Turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt

Directions

Put the limes, kiwi fruit & ginger through the cold-pressed juicer.

Add the remaining ingredients to the extracted juice.

Bottle the contents.

Allow to sit at room temperature for 8 hours before moving to the refrigerator.

Allowing to sit at room temp the beverage will undergo secondary fermentation where some of the sugars will be fermented out and the pro-biotic content will increase.

Dosage

Very powerful so start with 1/2 cup first thing in the morning. I personally like to just sip on this throughout the day.
