| RECIPE | Fig Prosciutto & Goat Curd Salad

Ingredients

6 figs (quartered)

6 strands of prosciutto

Goat curd or goat fetta

Rocket leaves

 

Dressing

Balsamic vinegar, Olive oil, Sea salt

Instructions

Line the bottom of a salad dish with the rocket, tear up the prosciutto and add, add the figs & curd. Add the dressing. Done
