CAPE (Caffeic Acid Phenethyl Ester).

Caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) is a natural phenolic compound present in high concentrations in bee propolis. Cymbiotika’s CAPE is derived from Eucalyptus globulus extract. CAPE is a highly bioactive phenolic compound that can be also found in bee propolis, and utilized for its extraordinary antioxidant and immune properties.

Fun Fact: Bee propolis is a resinous substance that is produced by bees to build their hives. The mixture of wax and resin creates a barrier that helps to protect the hive from disease and pests. Honey bees may use propolis to reduce the size of the entrance to their hive, making it easier to defend, and create a welcome mat that helps sterilize the feet of all who enter.

Andrographolide

Andrographolide is a bioactive diterpenoid lactone derived from the plant Andrographis paniculata, commonly known as the "King of Bitters."

Andrographolide has been studied for its various pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-tumor effects. It has been shown to support a healthy immune response by supporting the levels of immune cells in the blood. Studies suggest it may have the ability to support the positive expression of genes involved in inflammation and immune response, thereby reducing oxidative stress and cell damage.

Monolaurin

Monolaurin is a fatty acid glyceride made from the medium-chain fatty acid, lauric acid, found in coconut oil from coconut fruit. Studies suggest it has antimicrobial, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. It’s safe and has powerful compounds that can help fight off infections, internally and topically. It also provides our immune system a boost that helps us find homeostasis with chronic infections. Coconut oil and its healing properties have been recognized in Ayurvedic medicine for as long as 4000 years. Monolaurin is also found in human breast milk and cow and goat's milk. In studies, monolaurin is shown to act as a natural antibiotic and modulate immunity. Monolaurin has been shown to have anti-fungal properties against candida albicans as well as disrupting biofilm. Studies have also shown monolaurin to have antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus

Suggested Use:

Adults, take three (3) capsules, daily, with water or juice, as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

All three (3) capsules can be taken daily at the same time or individually. Take one (1) capsule each in the morning, early afternoon, and evening, as you prefer.

Take 21 days on, 7 days off. This product is most effective when cycled.
